About Riverdale Manor
Thyme & Seasons Catering opened in Lancaster, PA in 1993. Owners, John and Maureen Raezer, took their years of experience, highlighted by Maureen’s tenure as Catering Director at the Smithsonian in Washington and as Sales Director at major facilities in Baltimore. John’s worked as the General Manager of an Inner Harbor nightclub and as controller of a major catering operation in Baltimore. They created a catering operation that has maintained an excellent reputation as a Lancaster caterer that provides consistent, high quality food and provides personal attention to their clients and to their guests. Their goal is always to provide value and service to every client.
After 13 years in business Thyme & Seasons catering grew out of their downtown location. Riverdale Manor became a natural extension of the business and was opened in April 2006 as a special events destination and home base for the ever growing catering operations.
Being of service to couples and their families for their weddings is one focus of Thyme & Seasons. Other clients include the Lancaster Bar Association, Lancaster General Hospital, Graystone Bank and many regional corporations and individuals. References are available upon request.
