Every event catered by Thyme & Seasons at Riverdale Manor is unique. Feel free to start with these selections then create a menu that reflects your style and tastes. We are pleased to guide you in making appropriate menu selections to suit your event.

Our staff is available to be of service to you and your guests. Each server is billed at an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour. The number of service staff needed is based on the format and guest count of your event. Thyme & Seasons includes all china, glassware and flatware that is necessary for your menu at Riverdale Manor. There are modest additional charges for the china and glassware for items that Thyme & Seasons does not provided such as; Champagne toasts and specialty cakes.

Included in the site rental fee is :

  • Use of 6 riverfront acres, the ballroom, atrium, farmhouse, decks and terraces for the entire length of your event.
  • The use of the bridal room which features a private balcony and grooms room for changing or just relaxing prior to the ceremony.
  • In-house wedding and event coordinators that will help coordinate every detail of your event from menu design and linen selection, event timelines to ceremonies.
  • Tables and Chivari ballroom chairs for the ballroom atrium and farmhouse. We include many different sized tables that will help facilitate the perfect floor plan for your event.
  • Event set-up. You can deliver (at a pre-arranged time) your non-perishable wedding items such as place cards, favors, votive candles, non perishable centerpieces etc. and our event staff we will set them up for you.
  • Parking attendants will greet your guests as soon as they arrive at Riverdale Manor and will direct guests to your event.

Flowers, decor, music and entertainment are always very personal decisions and Thyme & Seasons will be happy to guide you to, and to coordinate your event with, these specialists. We cannot provide alcoholic beverages but we can guide you in your selection and provide bartenders and all necessary mixers, supplies and equipment for your beverages
