Located just outside of Philadelphia and Baltimore in Lancaster, PA, our six-acre property was curated exclusively for those looking for a unique wedding experience. Whether you are having a ceremony on our manicured grounds or in our ethereal indoor-outdoor pavilion, or even if you are just looking for an extraordinary location for your wedding reception, Riverdale Manor has a versatile backdrop for every style.
This is your day, your vision, and this is the place that can make it a reality. Site rental fees vary with the day of the week and time of the year. We are happy to provide our rates upon request.
The Rental Includes
Exclusive use of our entire property for eight hours, including two hours for set-up, five-hour event time, and one hour for clean up.
Use of the separate bride’s and groom’s suites to get ready and relax before the ceremony. We offer customized food and beverage menus for you and your bridal party while getting ready; inquire today for yours!
Use of our extensive inventory of tables and our black Chiavari chairs.
Complete set-up of your details, such as the set up of your place cards, table numbers, non-perishable centerpieces, and decor.
Parking lot attendants to greet and guide your guests when they arrive at Riverdale Manor.
If you choose to have your ceremony at Riverdale Manor the fee is $750.00 and includes:
Set-up and breakdown of our white wood padded folding ceremony chairs.
An additional ½ hour added to your rental time for your ceremony.
One-hour of ceremony rehearsal time, typically the day prior, based on availability.
Riverdale Manor will provide you with an in-house coordinator and event assistant to assist you in planning a great event. Menu design, floor plans, event timelines, linen selection and installation, confirmation of your vendors and set-up of your special details are in your coordinators experienced control.
Wedding expenses at Riverdale Manor
Wedding expenses are important to plan for and we won’t exceed your budget, just your expectations. The major expenses are the site rental fee, ceremony fee, labor and linens. Long before your contract is finalized you will have a very close estimate of your total costs. Pricing is based on current information and subject to change.
The management team at Riverdale Manor continually creates new menu ideas and presentations, seeks new trends and finds new ways to keep every event as fresh as our food. Our food is locally sourced when it makes sense, our organic kitchen garden and greenhouse for herbs and accents continually grows larger. Our staff is constantly trained in food preparation and sanitation and we travel as often as possible to further our education on trends from coast to coast.
